1. Healthcare Services

Canyon Family Chiropractic provides chiropractic care and related healthcare services. Treatment plans are individualized and results may vary.

2. Appointment Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our intake form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Canyon Family Chiropractic.

Program Description
Our SMS messaging program may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling updates

  • Direct responses to patient inquiries

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Patients may receive up to four (4) messages per month for reminders and occasional updates, unless actively engaged in a direct conversation with our clinic.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

After sending “STOP,” you may receive a confirmation message verifying your opt-out status. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
